Events & Workshops

The Aubourn Estate provides a uniquic and tranquil setting for a diverse programme of workshops and seasonal events. While the estate is centred around the 17th-century Hall and its 12 acres of private grounds, our events are curated to align with our estate ethos: a commitment to quality, community engagement, and the enrichment of our rural environment.

We offer a calendar of activities designed for those seeking to develop new skills or enjoy a refined afternoon in a peaceful Lincolnshire setting.

Our workshops provide expert-led instruction in a focused and calm environment, designed to be both productive and restorative. These sessions reflect the high standards of the wider estate, ranging from seasonal horticultural design, such as our popular wreath-making workshops - to a variety of artisan craft sessions. Each event is carefully selected to ensure a high level of tuition and a rewarding experience, focusing on technical skill and the use of premium materials.

In keeping with our role as a peaceful rural retreat, we offer specific opportunities for guests to experience the estate’s grounds and hospitality. We provide a traditional afternoon tea service that run throughout the year, focusing on locally sourced ingredients and professional service within a refined atmosphere. Additionally, we offer scheduled dates for visitors to explore the 12 acres of private gardens at Aubourn Hall, which feature formal borders and extensive woodland walks that offer a quiet escape from the everyday.
